Welcome

A community connected by lakes

Lakes are where people meet — in a boat at dawn, on the ice in winter, on the shore on summer evenings. Around these places grows experience no book can teach: how to read the water, when to go out and how to make sure there will be fish next year too.

The association is a place to exchange this experience, talk with like-minded people and spend time together. Its participants meet regularly at shared gatherings.

Fishing knowledge is passed on in conversation — from older to younger, from experienced to newcomers. Time spent together is how this knowledge and local traditions stay alive.
